The Insurance Companies have a dedicated Claims Department to help expedite this claims process. They will take down the initial claims report and instruct you on the next steps. The insurance company information is on your Auto Insurance ID Card. The company information will include the phone number to contact in the event of a claim, the name of your insurance company and your policy number.
